- Find the Video Provider Dropdown – Located at the top of the Playroom.
- Select a Different Provider – Choose from the available options.
- Confirm the Switch – The system will automatically change providers.
- Admit the Client – The client will be prompted to rejoin the session.
- Continue Your Session – Pick up right where you left off!
For Clients
- See the Readmission Prompt – You’ll be asked to re-enter the session.
- Enter Your Name – Just like when you first joined.
- Wait for the Therapist – The therapist will admit you back in.
- Resume Your Session – That’s it! You’re back in with no hassle.
