What video features does PlaySpace have, and what happens if a connection fails?

PlaySpace has built-in secure video with a waiting room, chat, polls, breakout rooms, custom backgrounds, noise suppression, subtitles and recording, and the therapy tools run inside the call. Resolution adjusts automatically, with an audio-only fallback on slow connections. If a video provider has problems, Seamless Video Switch lets you change providers mid-session and readmit your client without ending the session.
