Yes. We ask for a minimum of $20 USD per clinician/month ($25 CAD) to cover the basics of running and supporting the platform. Beyond that, the choice is yours. Most clinics pay between $25–$50 per seat to help sustain development and new features, but what you pay is up to you.

At this time, your selected price is locked in from when you start your paid subscription. If you’d like to add more seats or discuss a change, our Customer Success team is here to help find the right fit for your practice.

Nope! Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, you choose. You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle with no penalties.
