TORONTO, May 8, 2025 – PlaySpace, the leading engagement platform revolutionizing how clinicians deliver care for children, teens, and neurodivergent adults, today announced a partnership with Kaufman Licensing to expand its portfolio of licensed brand experiences in healthcare settings.
Already working with some of the world’s most beloved children’s brands, PlaySpace gives therapists the tools to create personalized, interactive environments—both in-person and virtual—that support connection, trust, and meaningful therapeutic outcomes. By integrating familiar characters and content, PlaySpace helps make therapy more engaging and approachable for clients.
“Brand licenses have proven to be incredibly meaningful to both providers and their clients,” said Matt Cohen, CEO of PlaySpace. “Familiar characters create comfort, break down barriers, and make therapy feel warm and welcoming. We’re excited to work with Kaufman Licensing to bring even more trusted brands into compliant healthcare settings and to equip therapists with powerful tools that help them connect more deeply and deliver lasting impact.”
Through this partnership, Kaufman Licensing will collaborate with entertainment and educational brands looking to make a difference, offering a unique opportunity to bring beloved properties into therapeutic spaces where they can inspire, support, and connect.
“PlaySpace gives brands a chance to show up where it matters most by supporting children and families through care, connection, and play,” said Sid Kaufman, President of Kaufman Licensing. “We’re excited to partner with properties that want to leave a lasting mark, not just in entertainment, but in people’s lives.”
