Modern Health Canada Inc. (dba PlaySpace Health) (the “Company”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to the responsible, inclusive, and transparent design and operation of accessible digital products and services.

This Accessibility Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that our platform is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide a digital experience that meets the standards set out by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR).

Our goal is to make our website accessible to all users, regardless of ability, and to continually improve accessibility over time.

2. Standards PlaySpace Follows

Our website includes a variety of accessibility features to improve usability for all users, including:

  • All videos with speech have closed captioning

While we work hard to make our website accessible, some content may not yet meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA standards. For example:

  • Certain third-party content or interactive features may not fully conform

We are continuously working to address any areas where there is not conformity and improve accessibility.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. PlaySpace regularly reviews and updates our website to improve accessibility and ensure compliance with the AODA. We also provide training to our staff and contractors on accessibility best practices provided by Access Forward. 

7. Legal Compliance

This policy is intended to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11) for web accessibility.

8. Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed at least annually (the first business day in January of each year) to ensure it remains current with accessibility standards, legal requirements, and the evolving needs of our users.
