Choose licensing, co-development or studio services
Build a partnership around the assets you have, the products you want and the audiences you serve. Combine services and agree on pricing, ownership and distribution at the start.
PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS
Choose how to work with BrandLabs
License existing content. Bring episodes, worksheets, apps or characters into clinics, schools and public programs. We handle the technical adaptation and distribution. Your commercial agreement sets license fees and royalties.
Co-develop products. We build the engine and products using your brand guidelines, curriculum and characters. You own the output and can sell it through your channels, PlaySpace or other partners.
Use studio services. Use your engine to develop content ideas, prototype apps or create a controlled environment where your audience builds with your characters.
Add your brand to therapeutic tools. Apply your characters to validated meditation, movement and skills-building tools. Familiar characters help children engage with the activities.
COMMERCIAL STRUCTURES
Agree on production fees, royalties and funding
- Generation: model credit costs plus 10%
- Revenue share and royalties: available for licensing and distribution partnerships
- Shared funding: production costs can be shared when both partners benefit from distribution, including programs funded by governments or institutions
We define the services, funding sources and commercial terms for your project before production.
RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Retain your IP and commercial rights
- Physical products: manufacturing, retail and ancillary rights stay with you
- Non-exclusive partnership: continue working with other platforms and partners
- Ownership: your brand, content, audience data and outputs remain yours
OWNERSHIP & EXIT
Export your content and data when you leave
Take your episodes, courses, app assets and data with you. We delete our copies when the partnership ends, in accordance with the agreement. PlaySpace retains the underlying production and platform infrastructure.
