Job Scope

We are looking for an exceptional Principal AI Developer with previous start-up experience to join our fast-paced, dynamic engineering team as we pioneer Agentic and AI-first development to create groundbreaking platform solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology stack while mentoring and inspiring a talented team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Architect and develop AI-driven systems that enable intelligent automation, adaptive user experiences, and self-evolving platform capabilities
• Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies and tools to accelerate time-to-market and reduce development cycles
• Identify and integrate no-code/low-code platforms, AI development frameworks, and automation tools that enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to maintain high-quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing and new systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on large-scale platform rebuilds or migrations.
• Experience working with Stack.AI required.
• Expertise in modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., NextJS, React or similar).
• Strong experience with 3D frameworks (e.g., babylon, threejs) and Multiplayer connections (websockets , webrtcs, redis, Socket IO, Colyseus, etc.)
• Strong experience developing and deploying AI agents by training models, integrating APIs, and leveraging various AI development platforms to automate workflows and enhance user interactions.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and API development (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
• Experience with iPaaS for enterprise (e.g., Workato, Keragon)
• Familiarity with security best practices and regulatory requirements in healthcare or similar industries is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience implementing and managing authentication systems, including token-based authentication and identity providers such as Auth0 and Keycloak.
• Experience working with SQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control in collaborative, multi-developer projects.
• Prior work in health tech or regulated industries.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
