About the Role

We’re looking for a relentless builder who thrives on turning raw ideas into high-impact features—fast. As an AI Developer, you’ll use AI to prototype, ship, debug, and iterate at blinding speed. You’ll move fluidly across UI, servers, services, and nodes, owning outcomes rather than waiting for assignments.

• Build from zero: Turn concepts into real, high-impact features quickly.
• Engineer with AI: Leverage AI tools to prototype, ship, debug, and iterate faster than ever.
• Cross-stack velocity: Work seamlessly across the entire stack—UI, backend, services, and infrastructure.
• Think like a founder: Take full ownership of your sprints, bugs, and outcomes.
• Relentlessly fast: Out-ship most developers with one hand tied behind your back.
• Problem-first mindset: Choose tools for results, not popularity.
• Anti-handholding: You own your work, your bugs, and your results.

• You don’t need to have experience with specific frameworks or languages (React, Rust, Firebase, etc.).
